Maple Grove: Town Green

I lived in Maple Grove for 23 of the 26 years of my life. I've seen this thing grow from farmland to a thriving city, and one of my favorite new additions is the "Town Green" they installed this past year by the community center! It is a modern outdoor living area containing a stretch of walking paths around the pond, a beautiful amphitheater with levels of brick and grass seating that would support a good-sized crowd, outdoor dining areas and "relaxing" areas, a few different arboretums overlooking the wildlife in the pond, a new public library and luscious, beautiful flower and rock gardens. And the best part is, we are only a few steps away!

Yesterday, Tom was onboard for a walk with my and my camera so we got to play around a bit! Here are some of the favorites I took from that day:
